I hate spam. I would never spam anyone on purpose. People who engage in spam are mucking up the internet for us legitimate people who want a connection to their audience yet like myself would be devastated to ever be accused of spamming anyone.
Some people do not know the difference between actual spam and something they obviously not paying much attention signed up for (There is a big difference). So that is why I do not ask for email addresses to access my content. There will be times when I would love to correspond with you I just won't do it in an automated fashion.
For myself individual attention is best. May take longer yet I have always preferred quality over quantity any day and I won't knowingly represent any company who I feel does not honor this code of ethics.
